The socio-cultural rituals of animal death and their visual representations are the axis of my investigation. My work is made in an attempt to generate a discourse in which viewers are able to consider their relationship, not only to animal’s, but also to the history of their collection, presentation, preservation, and subjugation.
Plans for your residency?
I plan to primarily work in the Metal Workshop with Steel, but I will also venture outside the studio to soak up the rich history of Trondheim. |
