I explore and search for patterns and connections in and between nature, technology and society. To visualize what I discover, I work with woodcuts and sculptures of metal, wood and found objects. I investigate the relationship between organic and geometric form in project-based work with materials that are either obtained, discovered or collected. The projects consist of several works that are developed over time. I have a background in organic farming, folk art, art history and a master's degree in art (MFA) from the Bergen Academy of Art and Design (2007). In addition to my own artistic practice, I have gained experience from assignments as a project manager and art consultant.
