Studio 303
· 25 m2 – ca NOK 1591/month
· For all professional visual artists and craft artists
· Five-year contract, renewable for additional five-year periods
· Available from 1 March 2026

In addition to the rent:
· Share of common expenses: approx. NOK 4,790/year
· Annual membership fee to the Tenant Association at LKV: NOK 400/year
· BABEL support fee: NOK 1,200/year
· Security deposit: NOK 3,000

Note: If a studio at LKV becomes available as a result of the allocation of studio 303, it will be offered to the second-ranked candidate for studio 303. Exceptions apply to studios reserved for newly graduated artists.

Application must be submitted in any of the Scandinavia languages or English.

The application must include:

— Applicant’s full name, registered address, residential address, email address, telephone number, organization number and other relevant contact information.
— Presentation of your future plans (max. 400 words), short artist statement (max. 200 words), description on how the studio/workshops will help your practice/plans (max. 200 words)
— Portfolio – max. of 10 pages
— CV – max. of 2 pages
